The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the impugned transfer passed by respondent No.4 qua the petitioner.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to pursue the remedy before the department.
