Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner praying for protection of his life and liberty from the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner was arrested in case bearing FIR No. 123 dated 30.5.2017, registered under Sections 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 120-B, 109, 506 & 34 IPC at Police Station Rama Mandi, District Jalandhar and now the police wants to implicate him in another case FIR bearing No. 60 dated 1.6.2017, registered under Section 379-B IPC at Police Station City, Dhuri, District Sangrur for alleged occurrence having taken place on 1.6.2017. The petitioner has filed representation (Annexure P3) before respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, which remains unattended till now. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.07.26 15:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
