Through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life, liberty and property of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No. 6 to 12. Further prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 4 and 5 not to harass the petitioners at the behest of respondents No. 6 to 12.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of instant petition would be achieved, if, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, SBS Nagar (Nawanshahar), is directed to look into the matter and take appropriate action.

In view of the above, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, SBS Nagar (Nawanshahar), is directed to look into the matter in dispute between the petitioners and respondent No. 8 and in the fitness of things take appropriate action, if required.
