Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking directions for clubbing of trial of cases arising out of FIR No. 256 dated 29.9.2011, under Section 148, 149, 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short), registered at Police Station Ladwa, District Kurukshetra (Annexure P-1) and criminal complaint No. 20/2012 dated 17.3.2012 under Section 148, 323, 341, 325, 326, 354, 452, 307, 149, 506 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the State case as well as the complaint case relate to same occurrence and should be clubbed and tried together. Learned State counsel has not opposed the petition. None has appeared on behalf of respondents No. 2 to 18 despite service.
