Thereafter on 07.02.2023 the following order was passed : "Vide order dated 08.12.2022, fresh notices were issued to the appellants. As per the office report, the appellants stand duly served, however, no one has put in appearance on their behalf despite the matter being called twice.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 22.02.2023."

Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants.
