*** ANITA CHAUDHRY , J(ORAL) Petitioner Gurcharan Singh has brought this petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. for direction to official respondent nos.1 to 4 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner and his family and to take appropriate action against respondents No.5 to 8. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Annexure P-1 is the representation made by the petitioner to respondent no.3, but no action has been taken thereon. He further submits that the petitioner is satisfied if respondent no.3 is directed to decide his representation, Annexure P-1.

The petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent no.3 to consider the representation, Annexure P-1, and decide the same at his own level.
