Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent department to set aside/ amend the seniority list dated 19.07.2021 (P-3); whereby respondents No.4 & 5 have been selected to undergo the course of Kanungo.
Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner submitted that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, his client would be satisfied in case the representation dated 23.08.2021 (P-5) is decided expeditiously.
