ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 17.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellant Nos.1 and 3 have died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant Nos.1 and 3 nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. Appellant Nos.2 and 4 were not found residing at the given address. There is no other address of appellant Nos.2 and 4 available with the Court for effecting service of them except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court and is the same on which the notice was sent. Notice issued to the respondent has not been received back either served or otherwise. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
