The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. On 24.04.2024 learned counsel for the appellants had stated that he had no instructions in the matter and therefore fresh notices were issued to the appellants. As per the service report, the appellants stand duly served however none has put in appearance in their behalf. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

Today also the learned counsel for the appellants pleads no instructions.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
