By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 16.2.2016 passed by Judge, Special Court, Ludhiana, rejecting the prayer of the petitioner to treat his protest petition as a complaint case. Admittedly, the petitioner has not impleaded the proposed accused as party in this petition. Since the petitioner seeks the relief at the back of proposed accused, this petition is not maintainable.
