RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for conducting the independent investigation in case FIR No.303, dated 02.10.2019, under Sections 323/354/506/509/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, Ambala Cantt., Haryana. Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and at the outset submits, on instructions from MHC Karam Chand, that after investigation, cancellation report has been prepared and the same would be filed before the Illaqa Magistrate today itself. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas before the concerned Court.
