Present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Neither learned counsel for the appellant has been able to furnish complete/correct address of respondent No.1 nor he has been able to file an application for impleading the legal representatives of respondent No.2. The record of the Trial Court is stated to have been burnt and could not be reconstructed. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant, states that the appellant is unable to furnish complete/correct address of respondent No.1 as also to give details of the legal representatives of respondent No.2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
