(Oral) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.32 dated 17.02.2020, under Section 61/78/1/14 of Punjab Excise Act, 1914 registered at Police Station Sadar Jagraon, District Ludhiana.

At the very outset, learned State counsel on instructions from SI Amarjeet Singh has informed that in compliance of order dated 02.06.2020, the petitioner has joined investigation on 15.06.2020 and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. The recovery has already been affected. In view of the above, order dated 02.06.2020 is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of.
