**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 15.09.2022, yet the fact remains that the FIR in question has been quashed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on the same day i.e. 15.09.2022 and thus, the present petition has become infructuous.
Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
