(ORAL) Challenge in the present is to the order dated 14.02.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sri Muktsar Sahib, in Application No. MNT-125-24-2021 titled as 'Reklha Rani vs. Arjun Kumar @ Lattu' whereby application filed by the respondent-wife under Sections 125 Cr.P.C. was allowed exparte and the petitioner-husband was directed to pay Rs.4,000/- p.m. as final maintenance to the respondentwife. Perusal of the order sheets shows that notice has been issued in the present matter on 10.04.2023. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent. Thereafter, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner for the last 2 dates of hearing i.e. 06.09.2023 and 16.02.2024.
