Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter pertains to the year 2020 and for the last two consecutive dates of hearing i.e. 18.10.2022 and 11.10.2023, the petitioner had gone unrepresented. As per office report dated 25.04.2024, learned counsel for the petitioner has been duly informed about the date fixed, but despite that today, for the 3rd time the petitioner had gone un-represented, even the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or her counsel is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
