./0 .1 Vide order dated 01.04.2024, the parties were directed to appear before the trial Court within two weeks for recording their statement and thereafter, on 01.05.2024, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners and neither of the statement has been recorded by the trial Court. Now report has been received from the trial Court dated 16.04.2024, according to which the parties have not yet recorded the statements and today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners before this Court as well. In view thereof, the only inference that can be drawn is that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present petition. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
