Keeping in view the averments enumerated in the application, the same is allowed. Copy of reply is taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is that an application has been submitted by the petitioner for issuance of passport on 29.11.2024, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure P-1, but the same is not being decided by the respondents, despite the fact that a representation RIYA 2025.04.30 17:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-6854-2025 (O&M) -2was also sent to the authorities concerned on 10.02.2025, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure P-3.

Upon notice of motion, learned counsel for the respondents appeared and submits that certain documents were being asked from the petitioner keeping in view the discrepancy which has not been cleared yet. Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that an appropriate order on the representation dated 10.02.2025 (Annexure P-3) will be passed by the authorities concerned within a period of four weeks of the receipt of certified copy of this order.

Keeping in view the fact that learned counsel for the respondents has undertaken herein above to decide the representation dated 10.02.2025 (Annexure P-3), no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, Hence, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the respondents hereinabove. 4.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
