The petitioner seeks the concession of regular bail in a case registered at the instance of Charanjit Kaur alleging that the petitioner in connivance with other accused, with an intention to cheat her, had prepared a forged agreement of sale and filed false case against the complainant. Initially the complaint was registered at the instance of Kuldeep Kaur and Paramjit Kaur, in which the petitioner has been granted the concession of regular bail. The petitioner is alleged to have attested the agreement of sale, on the basis of which, the FIR has been registered. The petitioner has been in custody since 8.6.2015. Co-accused of the petitioner, the alleged beneficiary, has already been granted the concession of regular bail.

The petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/ surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court.
