Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 46 dated 24.3.2017, registered under Section 21/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala. The main allegation against the petitioner that as per disclosure statement, recorded at the instance of his co-accused, the heroin was purchased from the present petitioner and no recovery was effected from him Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner be released on pre-arrest bail.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the allegations against the petitioner are that source of origin of heroin is yet to be known in the investigation on the basis of joining of investigation by him and as such his custodial interrogation is Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.07.20 15:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
