Vide order dated 22.11.2023 fresh notices were issued to the appellants as well as the respondents as the counsel for the appellants had stated that they are no longer in touch with the parties. As per office report, the appellant Nos.1 and 2 are stated to be not residing at the given address. Respondent Nos.1 and 7 are reported to have died. There is no other address of appellant Nos.1 and 2 available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
