Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 1 and 2 to take action on the complaints dated 21.5.2015 (Annexure P1) and 1.5.2015 (Annexure P2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 8.1.2017 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.1-, Inspector General of Police, Patiala Range, Patiala but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.1-, Inspector General of Police, Patiala Range, Patiala, is directed to look into the representation dated 8.1.2017 (Annexure P3) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
