RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 to 8. Learned State counsel submits that both the petitioners have made statement before the police that they do not need any protection. In view of above, petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
