Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered under Sections 307, 304-B, 302/34 IPC vide FIR No.106 dated 11.7.2013 at Police Station Maqsudan, District Jalandhar. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that trial is nearing its culmination. Only two prosecution witnesses remain to be examined. As the trial appears to be at fag end, no ground is made out to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Dismissed.
