Vide order dated 01.04.2024 learned counsel for the appellants had sought time to implead the legal representatives of deceased respondents No.3 to 6. However, till date the said order has not been complied with. Today learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants states that he has sent a letter to the appellants which has been returned back with a note that Chet Ram has since expired. The legal representatives of deceased Chet Ram have also not come forward to pursue the present appeal though they were impleaded as parties vide order dated 25.08.2000. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
