This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 15.03.2024 passed in CWP-3264-2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the order dated 15.03.2024 was duly complied with and an award has since been passed and the amount has been deposited with the Land Acquisition Collector. Learned State counsel further submits that costs as imposed vide order dated 05.08.2025 have since been deposited.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
