ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the respondent has handed over a demand draft of Rs.1.00 lac towards the costs in terms of the order dated 13.12.2019 vide which the review application was dismissed. Counsel for the respondent has submitted that the costs may be reduced to Rs.1.00 lac considering the financial status of the sugar mill.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
