Mulepur, District Fatehgarh Sahib on 13.03.2019 U/s 506,498A IPC pending before the ld. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Fatehgarh Sahib."

Keeping in view the entirety of facts and circumstance of the case especially that the FIR in question was registered on 13.03.2019, the trial Court is directed to make an earnest endeavour for an expeditious disposal of the case. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
