Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 2 not to harass the petitioner at the hands of respondent No.3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he is apprehending threat at the hands of respondent No.3, who is threatening him to withdraw FIR No. 347 dated 7.12.2016, registered under Sections 323, 342, 506, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Focal Point, Ludhiana, though, there is no basis in the same and petitioner is aggrieved of causing the above mentioned offences. His representation before the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana dated 18.7.2017 (Annexure P7) remained unattended. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, is directed to look into the representation Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.07.21 15:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document dated 18.7.2017 (Annexure P7) and take required action, if any, as per law.
