ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 04.12.2023 notices were issued to the sole appellant as well as legal representatives of the respondent. As per the service report, the sole appellant is stated to have died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. Respondent Nos.1(i) and 1(iv) are also stated to have died. Respondent Nos.1(ii), 1(iii), 1(v) and 1(vi) stand duly served. However, no one has put in appearance on their behalf despite service. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
