**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos 4 to 10. On 03.02.2017, this Court passed the following order:- "Marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with Lakhwinder Singh (son of respondent Nos.4 and 5) on 14.07.2013 and one son namely Kanwaljit Singh has been born out of the said wedlock. Whereabouts of Lakhwinder Singh are not known to learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 to 7. The petitioner had filed a petition for divorce in a Court at Ambala and she is facing harassment at the hands of respondent Nos. 4 to 7. she is not even residing in her parental house.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. D.R. Singla, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and seeks time to get instructions.

Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 (parents-in-law of petitioner) are directed to be present in Court on the next date of hearing to disclose the whereabouts of their son Lakhwinder Singh.

Today respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are present in the Court and has given the copy of compromise dated 14.03.2017 entered between the parties wherein petitioner undertakes to withdraw all cases against private respondents and the second party of the compromise deed will give separate accommodation to the petitioner and will borne all the expenses of the said accommodation including the house hold expenses.

In view of the compromise effected between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
