**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 657 dated 12.10.2017 registered at Police Station City, District Sonepat under Sections 354, 365, 452, 506, 511 IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act. Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the statements made by the victim and her mother who is the complainant and states that both of them had not supported the prosecution version. Petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2017. The victim as well as the complainant have not supported the prosecution version.
