(Oral) Today, at the very outset learned State counsel has informed that statements of both the petitioners have been recorded who expressed that they do not have any threat perception at this stage. Learned counsel for the petitioners has endorsed the aforesaid factum.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. It is however, made clear that in case the petitioners apprehend any threat at a later stage, it shall be open to them to approach this Court again.
