Learned counsel, after arguing for some time, prays for withdrawal of the present petition to take all pleas before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law, however, prays for exemption from personal appearance of the petitioner, she being 65 years old, for which she is ready to give an undertaking by way of affidavit that she would present herself wherever her presence is absolutely necessary.

2. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 3.

The petitioner is granted exemption from her personal appearance before the trial Court during pendency of the case, subject to her filing an affidavit before the Court concerned that she has no objection in case, the proceedings before it are held in her absence; in the presence of her counsel and shall appear before the said Court as and when her presence would be absolutely necessary.
