(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to entrust the investigation into two representations dated 25.11.2016 and 28.11.2016 (Annexures P-1 and P-2) given by the petitioner at Police Station Dakha, District Ludhiana, to some independent agency. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner, being owner of poultry farm, was regularly purchasing feed from M/s Indian Nutrition Pvt. Ltd., Kohara, and the petitioner had to make payment of some balance amount to the said company. On 25.11.2016, employees of the said company came to the house of the petitioner and forcibly snatched away ` 6,00,000/- by pointing a revolver towards the petitioner. For the said incident, petitioner has moved aforementioned two representations, but the police is not taking any action against the assailants. Heard.
