The only address available in the memo of parties and in the judgments passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court are the one on which the summons were sent.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 5.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
