(Oral) As reported by the Registry, the notice issued to appellant No.1Firm has been received back unserved with the report that the same is not available at the given address and the notices issued to appellants No.2 to 4 & 6 have also been received back with the report that they were not found to be residing at their given addresses whereas appellant No.5 has been served. However, none has put in appearance in the Court to represent appellant No.5. As specifically mentioned in the order passed on 29.04.2024, the respondent had also been served but had remained unrepresented on that day. In view of the above-discussed scenario, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the instant appeal for want of prosecution.
