Petitioners have filed this petitioner under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to protect their life, liberty and property from the hand of respondent No.3 and further directed to respondents No.1 and 2 to give direction to respondent No.3 not to call the petitioner daily in the Police Station and not to involve them in false case. Learned State counsel who is assisted by Inspector Paramjit Singh, has submitted that police official had visited the house of the petitioner to enquire qua FIR No.167 dated 29.06.2015 under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Barnala. However, now petitioners are not required in the said case.

CRM-M-25863-2015 [2] **** In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, no further interference by this Court is called for. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
