(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 3 for reinvestigation of case FIR No.0221, dated 20.08.2018, under Sections 323, 325 and 34 IPC, Police Station Division No.8, District Jalandhar from any other investigating agency of senior police officials and to take action against the investigating officer i.e. respondent No.5. With further prayer to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of accused persons and investigating officer. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar, to decide representations dated 25.01.2019 and 15.02.2019 (P-3 and P-4) by passing a speaking order after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
