This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 98 dated 03.12.2014 under Sections 120-B, 420m 467, 468 & 471 IPC at Police Station Babain, district Kurukshetra.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated August 17, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated August 17, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
