Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.114 dated 07.08.2023, under Sections 181,419, 420, 466, 468, 471, 474 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Division 4, Patiala.

Though request in the morning whatsoever has been received from the petitioner side for assisting the Court by Video Conferencing but when the matter was taken up, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner through Video Conferencing.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Rajiv Verma, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and would submit that the petitioner has already been arrested in this case on 03.07.2024 and hence, the present petition be disposed of as the same is having been rendered infructuous.
