MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant informs the Court that the sole appellant has, unfortunately, passed away on 18.01.2022 and none has ever approached him for moving an appropriate application for being impleaded as the Legal Representative of the appellant. 2.

In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the appeal in hand for want of prosecution. Resultantly, the same stands dismissed accordingly.
