It is pertinent to mention here that the appellant had remained unrepresented on 04.01.2024 and therefore, notice was ordered to be issued to it (appellant-Company) and again, on 02.02.2024, none had put in appearance in the Court to represent the appellant and a fresh notice was ordered to be issued to it. Today also, none has appeared in the Court to YAG DUTT 2024.02.29 18:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
