This is the second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.44 dated 13.07.2019 registered under Sections 376-D, 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Women Police Station, District Sonepat.

Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
