SUMEET GOEL , J (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.04 dated 18.01.2025 under Sections 103, 238, 3(5) of BNS, registered at Police Station Talwandi Bhai, District Ferozepur.

Faced with the situation that the FIR complainant, Mahinder Singh, is yet to be examined as a prosecution witness, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition at this stage. The trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the said prosecution witness, namely Mahinder Singh, the FIR complainant. Ordered accordingly.
