(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.184 dated 23.12.2016 under Sections 363/366-A of the IPC and later on added Section 365 and 354 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Mahitana, Hoshiarpur. This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 04.08.2017 :- "As per the order dated 21.07.2017, counsel for the respondent-State was directed to find out whether the statement made by the Investigation Officer that the girl had been recovered is correct or not. It was noted by the Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur while declining relief of anticipatory bail that the girl had not been recovered. Today, counsel for the respondent-State informs this Court that the girl had been recovered. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioners that no recoveries are to be made from the petitioners and they are ready to join the investigation. Put up on 28.11.2017.

CRM-M-25919-2017 -2released on interim bail subject to their furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C." Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 04.08.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
