As per the service report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back unserved with the report that no such firm is existing here. Mr. Abhishek Masih, Advocate for Mr. B.S. Patwalia, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.6. Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no instructions in the matter. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
