Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.36 dated 19.3.2015 under Section 420 IPC, PS Daresi, Ludhiana, Distt.Ludhiana.

As per allegations, petitioner was working as Salesman with M/s PK Knitwear. He by introducing one Kunal as proprietor of M/s Ponahari Traders secured a purchase transaction of goods worth Rs.2.90 lacs. On investigation, the said firm as also alleged Kunal were found to be non-existent.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sukhvinder Singh states that although the petitioner has joined investigation he has not submitted any documents to prove the existence of M/s Ponahari RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2015.12.23 16:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

CRM-M 25885/2015 Traders or existence of Kunal allegedly introduced to complainant. Without commenting on the merits of the case, it is apparent that investigations cannot be concluded without custodial interrogation of the petitioner.

Accordingly present petition for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
