Mr. Vivek Sharma, Advocate, for respondent No.2. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.111 dated 11.06.2017 (Annexure P-1) under Section 304-A IPC registered at Police Station Moga City, District Moga, on the basis of compromise.

Pursuant to the order dated 21.07.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 27.07.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moga, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.630 dated 07.08.2017 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Moga vide Endst. No.4228/EB dated 08.08.2017.

According to the report, the Chief Judicial Magistrate is satisfied that compromise entered into between the parties is genuine, without fear and coercion.

Considering the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate dated 07.08.2017 and the fact that the compromise will bring harmony in relations

-2CRM-M-25923 of 2017 between the parties, FIR No.111 dated 11.06.2017 (Annexure P-1) under Section 304-A IPC registered at Police Station Moga City, District Moga , is hereby quashed.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
