(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of directions to respondents no.1 to 6 to investigate the matter or transfer the investigation to any other independent agency of the State of Chandigarh, Haryana or form an SIT in the matter. State counsel, on instructions from the IO, submits that in the aforesaid FIR, police has already prepared cancellation report and the same has been submitted to the trial Court on 15.01.2018 and thereafter, the case was fixed for 31.03.2018 for consideration.

Taking into consideration the nature of directions sought by the petitioners and the stand of the State that cancellation report has already been submitted, nothing survives in this petition. The present petition is disposed of.
